Sales Manager Belux (m/v/x) | Two-Wheels

Wat ga je doen?

You will further strengthen the different two-wheel brands of our client and manage the different products of these brands in the local market. This way you ensure a profitable growth of this activity. You are in charge of the full commercial activity in the Belux market.

You will coach and manage 2 sales representatives (zone managers in the field) and 3 inside sales colleagues. You report to and work closely together with the Country Manager Benelux.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Strengthen brand awareness, further develop the network, ensure network efficiency and maximize performance of the dealer network
  • Define the commercial strategy and manage the according budgets
  • Responsible for the turnover, margins and volumes realized, as well as customer satisfaction in his markets
  • Development of the dealer network to ensure optimal coverage of the market. Defining and negotiating margin structures for dealers are in scope, as is the performance management of the dealers
  • Create and deliver reports and basic data used for both internal and external reporting/controlling
  • Build up significant level of market understanding/intelligence
  • Responsible to build, coach and manage your team
  • Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with executives from other departments
  • Product management: gather all product related specifications and market information for the different brands and propose the best possible product variants. Develop and create special series, coordinate the order process with other internal parties

The company keeps expanding to other countries, and also expands their product portfolio!
