B2C Communications Manager (m/v/x)

In this new role as communications manager B2C:

  • Responsible for the B2C communication plan (80%)
    • You create, implement and oversee the overall marcom strategy & plan (online & offline) to reach the different brand objectives (market share, awareness, engagement, …)
    • You manage all marcom materials in line with brand direction
    • You define the right mediamix and implement cross-channel messaging & marketing to create an omni-channel experience
    • You are able to create clear and compelling plans that will attract consumers
    • You analyze data, develop insights, and provide learnings to impact the strategy. You measure quality and effectiveness
    • You develop and manage strong collaborations with external agency partners to develop exciting high-quality marketing content to create customer sentiment and engagement
    • You collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, legal, application expert,…) to produce legal approved and effective communication materials
    • You work closely together with the Digital & E-Commerce Campaign Manager
    • Oversees the marcom budget
    • Reports to the Marketing Manager Benesca
  • Inspire with new trends & developments to integrate in marketing campaigns
    • Keep up to date with current digital trends and developments and ensure we remain timely and current in our use of digital media
    • You advise the marketing team on online marketing content methods and communication tactics
  • Represent Benesca as marketing (digital) communication expert
    • Participate in international (digital) workstreams
    • Work with other countries to share best digital practices
  • Responsible of 1 direct report
    • Coach & develop the Content Business Partner

Uw profiel

  • 5-10 years experience in the role of Communication Manager
  • Leadership competences (already lead 1 or 2 persons)
  • Connecting eager attitude
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to deliver result-driven data analysis
  • Works well under pressure & meets deadlines
  • Ability to multitask

  • Technical skills & knowledge: traditional media & digital landscape don’t have secrets for you
