Functieomschrijving
As head of after sales, you represent our client in the Benelux market as the face of the service department. Being part of a small team, you have a broad scope of responsibilities:
- Offering technical advice towards your (key) accounts
- Sharing product knowledge
- Analysis and problem solving, offering solutions towards clients
- Managing the after sales business of the accounts in cooperation with service partners in the Benelux
- Supporting the service partners and managing these relations
- Managing a workshop of 5 technicians and a workshop supervisor in Luxembourg
- Acting as a key account manager for after sales: you are the single point of contact
- Managing the growth of the business in the region
- Follow-up of service contracts
- After sales administration
- Working closely with the MD Benelux
