Sales & Marketing
As regional account manager, you are responsible for the commercial results in the region Brussels, Wallonia and Luxembourg in terms of volume, revenue and profit. You work independently as the first point of contact for your clients and prospects. You are mainly focused on maintaining excellent contacts with your existing relationships (60% – mainly distributor management) while also generating new business (40% – focus on end customers such as industry, large offices, hospitals, …).
You are both a seller and a solutions consultant for the “Professional” products of our client and therefore have knowledge of their complete range and working methods. You perform targeted actions as an account manager based on the business plan. You convince and you negotiate with the customer, and draft business plans together with your distributors.
You follow the trends in the market of sanitary products and solutions and you respond to the needs of the customer, by offering targeted and tailor made solutions. You work together with other departments such as marketing, sales support and customer service.

- Naturally you have the right advice and negotiation skills and selling is your profession
- You have at least 3 years of B2B related sales experience
- You ideally have completed a bachelor education
- You are strong in administration (reporting) and follow-up
- You manage a sales portfolio of € 5 mio
- A commercial drive and goal-getter’s mindset define you
- You generally work from home, but attend sales meetings and team buildings in Belgium and the Netherlands
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
