- You like to be the link between dealers and key accounts when it comes to service and managing technical interventions
- Managing the relation in a service context – convincing and creating buy-in
- You make sure all actions are followed up
- Going into the field gives you energy – you visit dealers and key accounts in the Benelux region in order to build relations and coordinate the technical actions
- You will be the back-up for the administrative colleague and will occasionally make up the planning for the service technician
- Key user for the ICT platform for customer service and technical follow-up
- You are willing to really ‘know’ and be able to use the products and machines of our client – you have a thorough technical affinity and will make sure technical issues are resolved swiftly in cooperation with dealers
- Working together with the service technician and reporting to management

Our client is a multinational with family ties, French based HQ and through two iconic brands, the group develops, manufactures, and provides equipment and services of handling, access platforms and earthmoving for the construction, agriculture, and industrial markets. For the Benelux branch, we are looking for a service coordinator (m/v/x).

What skills are we looking for?
- Technical affinity through training/education or experience. We are not looking for an expert in repair or diagnosis, but for someone with an appetite to explore the products of our client and the hunger for self development
- You love to speak different languages since you will be working in an international environment with different cultures: Dutch, French and English
- Proactiveness, communication, dynamics and autonomy are key words
- You like to organize, coordinate and follow-up
- Customer satisfaction is your goal
