Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic international HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources for our global operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our overall business objectives and support our international expansion. As an HR Manager for our client, you will have a deep understanding of international HR practices and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in managing HR operations in a global environment.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support our international operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the management and local HR SPOC to define and implement HR initiatives that align with business strategies and objectives
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding, across multiple countries and regions
  • Oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and employee rewards and recognition
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with all international HR laws and regulations
  • Manage HR reporting and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and ensure HR metrics are aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee engagement activities
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in international HR practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and systems

Our client is an independent distributor of motorcycles and scooters with operations in several European countries. Today, the company is the reference in Europe for motorized two-wheelers. Since 1980, they have expanded their scope to France, Switzerland, Portugal, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands, where they are still active today. Because of the diversified brand portfolio, our client covers just about all major motorcycle and scooter segments. Their approach is one of confidence and experience; trust between them and the manufacturers that they represent and experience towards their end customer.

For this client, we are looking for an international HR Manager.

  • Strong knowledge of (international) HR practices, including employment laws, labor regulations across multiple countries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations in a global environment, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations and compliance
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational change and transformation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze HR data and metrics to drive informed decision-making
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in HR information systems and tools, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with overall business objectives
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information
  • Open and able to travel on a frequent basis to our active countries
