YOUR MISSION?
Are you a dynamic sales leader ready to take on a national role and drive success, for a leading credit insurance and information service provider? Look no further!
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the commercial results by managing a dynamic sales team of six. Your mission is to acquire new business nationally, ensuring the growth of credit insurance and information service lines.
Objectives
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to define and execute the business plan
- Drive sales growth to exceed business plan targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Develop and implement sales initiatives to generate a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels
- Maximize opportunities for all product lines through strategic partnerships and engagements with financial institutions
- Collaborate with marketing for effective campaigns and actions
- Champion the effective use of the CRM system
- Manage client and partner relationships

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Hands-on people manager, who can motivate, coach and support a team of business developers
- Personal track record in sales
- Able to design a go-to-market approach and to build and track a pipeline
- Analytical view on how to approach a market of services
- Prioritisation: determines the importance of each task and allocates time accordingly
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a commercial role
- Strong communication, sales, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch/French/English
